Verpflichtungserklärung Betriebsversammlung 10.10.2024

In Zeiten von Corona sind Betriebsversammlungen in präsenzform nur schwer unter der Beachtung der Hygienevorschriften durchzuführen. Da die meisten TOMTEC Mitarbeiter von zu Hause aus arbeiten, hält der Betriebsrat TOMTEC das Anmieten einer Sporthalle für die Durchführung einer Versammlung für ungeeignet.

Der Betriebsrat TOMTEC führt die Betriebsversammlungen am 10.10.2024 online via Teams sowie im großen Meetingraum durch.

Durch anklicken der Checkbox bestätige ich verbindlich, dass ich bei der Teilnahme an der Betriebsversammlungen am 10.10.2024 per Videokonferenz

zur Wahrung der Nichtöffentlichkeit dafür Sorge trage, dass ich mich allein in einem geschlossenen Raum befinde und dass ich sicherstelle das nur TOMTEC Angestellte Inhalte der Sitzung akustisch und optisch wahrnehmen können sowie das ich unverzüglich darauf hinweise, wenn doch eine weitere Person den Raum betreten sollte,

Declaration of commitment for the works council meeting 10.10.2024

In times of Corona works council meetings in present form are to be accomplished only with difficulty under the consideration of the hygiene regulations. Since most TOMTEC employees work from home, the Works Council TOMTEC does not consider renting a large hall to hold a meeting to be appropriate.

The Works Council TOMTEC will conduct the 10.10.2024, works meetings online via teams as well as in the large meeting room.

By clicking the checkbox I confirm bindingly that I will participate in the works council meeting on 10.10.2024 via video conference

and ensure that I am alone in a closed room and that I ensure that only TOMTEC employees can perceive the contents of the meeting acoustically and visually and that I inform immediately if another person enters the room,
and protect data protection and personal rights, do not create image/sound recordings or screen hard copies
